Delete your account

In the app

Settings → Your data → Delete my account. You are signed out on every device straight away, and the app clears what it kept on your phone. Get a copy of my data on the same screen gives you everything first, if you want it.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account, or with your username, asking us to delete it. We reply within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, your reports and their photos, and the personal details you sent with them are deleted within 14 days, when the grace period for changing your mind ends; until then, email us and we can restore it. The details you keep on your phone go when you uninstall the app or choose Remove my details from this phone.

What is not

Reports already filed belong to the council or company you sent them to as well; they keep their copy under their own retention rules. Our audit log keeps a record that an operator acted on your report, without its contents.
